The Rearch On The Relevance Of FBP1 And C-MYC In Clear Cell Carcinoma Of Kidney

ObjectiveTo investigate the relevance and the meaning of FBP1 and C-MYC in clear cell carcinoma of kidney.MethodsWith Immunohistochemical method,we compare FBP1 and C-MYC in non-tumor tissue and clear cell carcinoma of kidney.ResultsIn non-tumor tissue of kidney C-MYC have no expression while FBP1 can have lower expression of 5%.In clear cell carcinoma of kidney C-MYC and FBP1 can have expression of 24% 28%, the expression of C-MYC and FBP1 were positive correlation (Pearson=0.399).ConclusionThe expression of FBP1 in clear cell carcinoma of kidney stimulating C-MYC,,thus clear cell carcinoma of kidney may programme.
