ObjectiveTo evaluate the energy of SD rats after eccentric exercise and the effect of different exercise using 31P-MRS.Methods16 SD male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group(n=8), once exercise group(n=4) and three time successive exercise group(n=4).31P-MRS was performed after exercise at 1,2,3,4,5,6,7day. MRS observation indexes included the peak areas of Pi, PCr,β-ATP, Pi/PCr, PCr/ATP and PCr/(PCr+Pi).ResultsThe peak areas of PCr and the ratio of PCr/ATP were at a high level of significance among two groups. The P value of Pi, PCr, ATP, Pi/PCr, PCr/ATP and PCr/(PCr+Pi)were 0.563,0.000,0.531,0.83,0.009 and 0.876, respectively. The two indexes of 3,4,5 were at a high level of significance among two groups.Conclusions31P-MRS could quantitatively reflect the SD rats the energy reserve, energy metabolism. We support that serial movement could improve the status of energy metabolism in 3,4,5 day. The peak area of PCr and the ratio of PCr/ATP could evaluate the recovery of muscle strength and energy metabolism, also be taken as indexes of sport-induced injury.
