Clinical Diagnosis And Therapy Analysis Of The Pancreatic Trauma In 22 Patients

Objective To enhance and improve the level of diagnosis and the effect of treatment of the pancreatic trauma.Methods The clinical data of 22 patients with pancreatic trauma in 1999-2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 2 cases were open pancreatic trauma and 20 cases were blunt pancreatic trauma.10 cases were simple pancreatic trauma and 12 cases had other organs trauma at the same time. According to the classification of AAST all patients were cured through conservative treatment or operation. Pancreatic fistula occurred in 6 cases and nobody died.Conclusion With the development of social product,the incidence of pancreatic trauma is more and more. But it's difficult to diagnosis. So we should choose the right treatment to reduce the complication and increase the livability of patients.
