Hepatitis b virus can take place genetic ariants for escape of varies endogenous(The immune) and exogenous(Drug therapy) spress. The genetic ariants can occur in every genetic region ,so the test results of Etiology carry on diversity, clinical manifestations of complicated and treatment of difficult. The region of hepatitis B virus pre C is variation area , genes A1896 is also the mutation position . So to test A1896 which is carried by chronic hepatitis b patients that is HBeAg negative and high degree of drops of HBV-DNA can help clinical treatment and the prognosis of judgment providing valuable information. This research chose HBeAg negative 230 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis b virus content to do first, then a high degree of HBV DNA dripping with A1896 area C before doing HBV sites, and then through the variation of three kinds of detecting nucleoside analogues A1896 to mutate and A1896 not mutate drug efficacy compared group to discuss A1896 area C before HBV gene mutations clinical significance. Results show that: (and adefovir monotherapy before A1896 area C A1896 sites with variable group sites without variation group of 12-16 weeks, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). On entacavir single-agent therapy group and A1896 variation on entacavir A1896 monotherapy without variation group, compared to 12-16 weeks with significant difference (P < 0.05). On entacavir single-agent therapy for chronic hepatitis b A1896 variation group of 12-16 weeks with curative effect and adefovir, significant difference (P < 0.05). Namely, application on entacavir monotherapy HBV A1896 area before C variation loci 12-16 weeks on entacavir, effect of adefovir dipivoxil (HBeAg negative order drug treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis b. Visible, HBV A1896 area before C for clinical tests are of great significance.
