The region of hepatitis B virus pre C is variation area , genes A1896 is also the mutation position . So to test A1896 which is carried by chronic hepatitis b patients that is HBeAg negative and high degree of drops of HBV-DNA can help clinical treatment and the prognosis of judgment providing valuable information.This research chose HBeAg negative 230 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis b virus content to do first, then a high degree of HBV DNA dripping with A1896 area C before doing HBV sites, and then through the variation of three kinds of detecting nucleoside analogues A1896 to mutate and A1896 not mutate drug efficacy compared group to discuss A1896 area C before HBV gene mutations clinical significance.
