All measurement data are mean±standard deviation indicated. Between the two groups were used to compare the number of non-paired t test.between Of two-parameter use correlate analysis. Test to P <0.05 considered statistically significant.Results:1. With the control group, cerebral blood vessels A, B group, C group Ds, PSV, RI have no significant difference in disease, cerebrovascular disease A group of IMT was no significant difference; cerebral vascular IMT difference between B group (P <0.05); That vessel C group there was significant IMT difference (P <0.01).2. With the control group, cerebral vascular A group of Ep,βmeasured values were significantly higher (P <0.01), PWVβ, AI control group (P <0.05); AC measurement is lower than the control group (P "0.05). Cerebrovascular among the three groups Ep,β, PWVβ, AC measurement values have significant difference (P <0.05), AI has no statistical difference. 3. Cerebrovascular disease plasma homocysteine concentration and carotid artery elastic parameters Ep,β, PWVβ, AI was negatively correlated with the AC were positively correlated.Conclusion:Cerebrovascular disease in patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis in the event of morphological changes prior to its vascular endothelial function existed injury, cerebrovascular disease in patients with carotid artery elasticity to reduce obviously. Cerebrovascular disease plasma homocysteine concentration and carotid artery elastic parameters Ep,β, PWVβ, AI, AC significantly correlated.
