Object: At present,Infectious diseases accounted for one third of the world's population cause of death. And with acute lower respiratory infections (mostly pneumonia) ranked first, particularly with severe pneumonia, a serious threat to human health. In March 2009, Mexico outbreak"people are infected with swine flu" ,and rapidly spreading worldwide. June 11, WHO announced that it would Influenza A H1N1 influenza pandemic warning level upgraded to 6, the global access to influenza pandemic phase. General population are susceptible. Some patients condition are bad ,and some are not very bad.light cases are only those who showed flu-like symptoms, but serious cases can be complicated with severe pneumonia, heart failure, and even life-threatening. Clinical symptoms and the treatment has its unique clinical features. During this period a large number of patients with pneumonia went to the respiratory medicine department of The Second Hospital of Ji Lin University. In this paper, these 34 pneumonia patients in this department from October 2009 to November are admitted to this retrospective analysis. And it summarized new features and experience of diagnosis and treatment of these pneumonias .Methods: In this article, we retrospected 34 pneumonia patients in the time of the H1N1 flu from October 2009 to November . Discussing new feature ,experience of diagnoses and treatments of these new pneumonias from the following four facts:symptom and sign, laboratory and pathology examination, iconography examination, diagnoses and treatment. Results:Through the threatments of oxygen, anti-virus, antibiotic, expectorant, asthma, correct respiratory failure, correct water and electrolyte disturbance, anti-shock, improving heart and lung functions symptomatic and supportive care.Of which 1 patient was dead ,and others got better. After threatments, there is no pyrexial patient; And 2 patients still cough and phlegm;1 patient feel despnea.Prior to discharge 27 patients had chest X ray or CT of the review, lesions were completely absorbed in 3 cases, most of the absorption of 10 cases of lesions, small to absorb a portion of the 10 cases, 4 cases of lesions no significant changes. According to the clinical manifestations and the absorption of lung lesions, 3 patients in this group were cured, 30 cases improved, and 1 died. The shortest hospitalization days is 8 days, the longest is 56 days, the average is 26 days .Conclusion: Through the retrospective analysis of 34 cases clinical features and treatments of pneumonia patients during Influenza A H1N1 flu pandemic period, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1.From the clinical performance ,accessory examination, chest CT and lung biopsy ,we can see the pneumonia at this time is likely because of virus,so it is likely to be the pneumonia resulted from Influenza A H1N1 flu. 2.The saving principle and characteristic is likely to the Influenza A H1N1 flu.The severe patients should be given the treatment of anti-virus and anti-infaction. Especially the usage of GC and non-invasive ventilation can ameliorate the symptom, make the inflammatory exudation be absorbed early ,reduce the probability of pulmonary fibrosis and improve the prognosis.3. Because of poor eating and immunocompromise (15/34)after infection by virus, the nutritional status of severe patients are bad, nutritional support treatment for patients with severe pneumonia is more important.
