Intracranial aneurysms is the most main reason of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), its incident rate is about 2% in natural crowd. With the high morbidity and mortality rates, The healthy of people is seriously threatened because of this disease. There is main way to therapy aneurysms, that is to completely exclude the aneurysms from the blood circulation. However, the alginate emblazing cerebral aneurysm gradually appears with higher recanalization and recurrence rate of aneurysms, we assume that combining alginate technique and eherm osensitive liposome technique to try to construct a thermosetting and bio-degraded hydrogel material,\to embolism aneurysms model, and to provide experimental evidences on how to use a new type liquid tissue engineering material to treat aneurysms.objective: Explore the feasibility of alginate and eherm osensitive liposome as embolic material for the treatment of aneurysm. Methods: By aneurysm embolization experiment in vitro,we can evaluate the effects of ocontrollability and embolization for the alginate and eherm osensitive liposome when Tc is 36℃~37℃. By aneurysm embolization experiment in vivo,we injecte alginate and eherm osensitive liposome into aneurysm cavity of New Zealand white rabbits through concentric two microcatheeter when Tc is 36℃~37℃. The animals are killed in 2 week, 1 month, 2 month, then we cut carotid artery and its branches for HE.From HE staining we can observe the change of vessel cavity. The results were analysized by SPSS15.0. results: when Tc is 36℃~37℃, the alginate can be smoothly injected into aneurysm model through the concentric two microcatheeter,and the volume of alginate gel increase with the concentration of alginate. there is no alginate adhere to cather after embolization,and alginate eherm osensitive liposome successfully occlude the aneurysm model. Conclusion: The alginate and eherm osensitive liposome are non adherent liquid embolic material beacause of good controllability and the effect of embolization.
