Objective:By comparing the blood pressure of operated primary aldosteronism (PA) patients, this research is to analysis and explores the clinical features and factors of PA patients'blood pressure restoration.Method:A retrospective analysis of 60 PA patients whose blood pressure did not return to normal within one week after the surgery (postoperative blood pressure is not normal group)of the characteristics of clinical, laboratory and imaging, and so on. On the other hand, this work will also select 60 patients whose blood pressure returned to normal within one week after surgery over the same period in the hospital to contrast (PA patients underwent normal group).Results:(1).Compared with postoperative blood pressure is normal group, the postoperative blood pressure not normal group's preoperative blood pressurea(P< 0.05),2 level and above systolic and diastolic blood pressure (P<0.05), the incidence of limb weakness(P< 0.01), the incidence of onset of limb weakness (P< 0.05), significantly increased the incidence of such. The two groups were associated with cerebral hemorrhage, type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia, etc. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05); (2). Compared with the normal blood pressure group, the abnormal blood pressure group's preoperative orthostatic aldosterone (Ald) (P< 0.01), supine Ald (P< 0.01), orthostatic plasma renin (P< 0.05), supine plasma renin (P<0.05) were so obviously. The two groups with orthostatic aldosterone/ renin activity ratio (ARR), supine ARR, the incidence of hypokalemia, ncreased rate of plasma creatinine and 24-hour urine protein were no significant difference (P> 0.05).。(3). The postoperative blood pressure not normal group's adrenal gland adenoma diameter is obviously bigger than the postoperative blood pressure normal group (P<0.05).But two group of patient's t thickness of the left ventricular septal not obvious differences (P>0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative blood pressure, limb weakness, adrenocortical adenoma diameter size, vertical and horizontal position of plasma Renin and Ald levels are some of the most important clinical factors that influencing the level of PA postoperative blood pressure.
