Objective:Explore the application of photoshop in occlusalf surface plastic surgery,by simulation-plastic-surgery,to promote the communication between doctor and patient.Methods:First, take pictures for patient before surgery and put the pictures into computer,at the same time,measure the assignment points's distance in realistic patient's body and that in the pictures, than calculate the ratio of the two values. Second, simulate by photoshop, you can acquire diffient effection pictures, then consult with patient and select the satisfactied effectic picture.Third, calculate the assignment points's distance in the selected picture again, by the ratio, the realistic value need to be plastic can be calculated. The value can act as reference.Result:Patients all satisfied afer surgery and the realistic after-surgery effect are similar to that by simulation.Conclusion:The application of potoshop in occlusalf surface plastic surgery to promote the communication between doctor and patient is feasible and worth to be generalized.
