Since the mid-20th ntury, a series of immunity technology has been gradually created; it is a new method which charaterized by high specifictity, high sensitivity, and analysis of low-coast, easy to operate.It is widely used in the fiele of medical and biological research.Immunoassay include radioimmunoassay, enzyme immunoassay, time-resolution fluorescence immunoassay, chemiluminescence immunoassay and so on .In this paper the development and academic background of immunoassay were omtrpdiced,various immune research was studied to understand the principles, application,advantages and disadvantages of the analysis .In this paper, the structure of the fluorescent enzyme immunoassay analyzer and the function of every component were introduced.Data-processing methods including polynomial fitting, log-logit fitting, cubic spline interpolation fitting were introduced, four-parameter and five-parameter logistic fitting, which widely used in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,the mathematical models, fitting algorithm and the fitting process of these types of fittings and a series of problems and solutions that encountered in the fitting process were introduced.. In the data-processing part of the program, methods of fitting several programmers, database programmers and the initial programming interface of the fluorescent enzyme immunoassay analyzer were introduced, flow charts of the procedure, the result of the fittings and the program codes that use different fitting procedures were given in detail; The study of data processing's stability in four-parameter and five-parameter logistic fitting procedure was focused on. It was found that the fitting results were still well if the test datum changed not large than 10%.And when the test data changed more than 30%, the fitting curve deviated the data badly. Finally, the completed work was sumed up, the have not yet completede work and word that need to be improved were pointed out.
