The Follow-up Result Of Partial Skin Loss Of Scrotum Repaired By Skin Flaps

Objective: To explore the effect on spermatogenesis after partial skin loss of scrotum repaired by skin flaps. Methods: Two patients were followed-up after their partial skin loss of scrotum being repaired by skin flaps, and the date of sexual life and sperm quality were collected. Results: The sperm quality and sexual life were normal in two patients when them were followed up respectively in 48 months and 52 months after operation. Conclusions: The spermatogenesis of testis is not arrested when partial skin loss of scrotum were repaired by skin flaps. And the skin flaps can be use to repaired the partial skin loss of scrotum .
