Surgical And Non-surgical Treatment Of Acute Deep Vein Thrombosis Compared Efficacy

Objective:To evaluate the surgical and non-surgical treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis effect. Methods:Lower extremity deep venous thrombosis of 78 cases of hospitalized patients, divided into surgical group and non-surgical group.62 cases of anticoagulant and thrombolytic surgery in 16 cases. Operation group by placing the use of inferior vena cava filter after the Fogarty balloon embolectomy catheter and the bag of blood flooding, combined with anticoagulation after thrombolytic therapy; non-surgical group were treated using thrombolytic drugs anticoagulant therapy (warfarin, low molecular weight heparin and Batroxobin). Results:The mean follow-up of 12 months, surgery group:10 cases were cured,6 improved, there is no valid cases; thrombolysis rate (58.2±17.0)%; surgery before treatment thigh circumference difference 10.93±1.14cm, treating later circumference difference 1.61±0.80cm, detumescence rate (85.5±17)%; calf circumference difference 4.69±2.2cm, treatment of later circumference difference 0.9±1.50cm,detumescence rate (80.8±18)%. Anticoagulant thrombo-lytic group:18 cases were cured, improved in 35 cases,9 cases failed; thrombolysis rate (38.7±24.0)%; treatment thigh circumference difference 9.20±1.31cm, thigh circumference after treatment difference of 2.44±0.69cm, detumescence rate (67.1±20)%; treatment thigh circumference difference 5.18±2.7cm, calf circumference difference after treatment, 2.1±2.5cm, detumescence rate (59.5±27)%.Surgery group was more effective than nonsurgi- cal group is good, between thrombolysis rate, detumescence rate, are statisti-cally significant clinical effect (P<0.01). Conclusion:Early surgery to relieve acute symptoms of a faster, better deep vein patency and valve to maintain the integrity, to reduce deep vein thrombosis, DVT, non-surgical treatment of acute phase line may be more reasonable.
