Objective:To learn the change of CD4~+T lymphocyte subsets and discuss the clinical significance in patients with Esophaged Sequamous Cell Carcinoma.Methods:1,Isolating Lymphocytes from tumor,nontumor Esophageal tissues and blood of Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma patients;2,Analyzing the proportion of CD3~+ CD4~+T lymphocyte,CD3~+ CD8~+T lymphocyte,Th1 cell,Th2 cell,Treg cell and Th17 cell by flow cytometry;3,Analyzing data with patients clinical figures by SPSS.Results:1,The percentage of CD3~+ CD4~+T lymphocyte in tumor tissues was higher than the percentages in the corresponding non-tumor tissues in ESCC patients(P<0.01),on the contrary,the percentage of CD3~+ CD4~+ T lymphocyte in tumor tissues was lower than the corresponding non-tumor tissues(P<0.01);2,The percentageS of Th1 cell and Th2 cell in tumor tissues were higher than the percentages in the corresponding non-tumor tissues in ESCC patients(P<0.01),on the contrary,the percentage of Th1/Th2 in tumor tissues was lower than the corres- ponding non-tumor tissues (P<0.01);3,The proportion of Treg cell was increased in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma patients,which indicated that Treg cell may contribute to Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma pathogenesis;4,The proportion of Th17 cell was increased in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma patients,which indicated that Th17 cell may contribute to Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma pathogenesis.Conclusion:1,Tumor can induce lymphocytes infiltration in tumor tissues.Even though ESCC tissues had higher percentages of CD3~+ CD4~+ T lymphocyte compared with the non-tumor portion,but the proportion of CD3~+ CD8~+T lymphocyte which played an important role at the anti-tumor immune response was significantly decreased;2,Th1/Th2 shift was obviously existed in the immune microenvironment in ESCC;3,The proportions of Treg cell and Th17 cell were increased in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma patients(TIL>NIL>PBMC), which indicated that Treg cell and Th17 cell may contribute to Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma pathogenesis.
