The Expression And Clinical Significance Of PLGF,TGFβ1 And BFGF In Transitional Cell Carcinoma Of Bladder

Objective:To evaluate the expression and significance of PLGF,TGFβ1 and bFGF in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder.Methods:PLGF,TGFβ1å’ŒbFGF expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in 30 cases transitional cell carcinoma of bladder(BTCC) and 10 cases normal epithelium.Results:Positive expression rate of PLGF in 30 cases with BTCC and in 10 cases with normal epithelium was 56.7%and 10%,PLGF in the two tissue expression had difference(P＜0.05);Positive expression rate of TGFβ1 in 30 cases with BTCC and 10 case with normal epithelium was 50%and 0%,respectively,TGFβ1 in the two tissue expression had significant difference(P＜0.01).Positive expression rate of bFGF in 30 cases with BTCC and 10 case with normal epithelium was 70%and 20%.bFGF in the two tissue expression had significant difference(P＜0.01).Positive expression rate of PLGF in G1,G2,G3 of BTCC was 10%(1/10),72.7%(8/11),88.9%(8/9),the expression had different(P＜0.05).Positive expression rate of PLGF in the stage of Tis-T1 and T2-T4 was 35.3% (6/17),84.6%(11/13),the expression had significant difference(P＜0.01),so with the pathologicalgrade and clinical stage of BTCC heightening,the expression of PLGF was increased.Positive expression rate of TGFβ1 in G1,G2,G3 of BTCC was 20%(2/10),45.6% (5/8),88.9%(8/9),the expression had difference(P＜0.05).Positive expression rate of TGFβ1 in the stage of Tis-T1 and T2-T4 was 29.4%(5/17),76.9%(10/13),the expression had diference(P＜0.05),so with the pathologicalgrade and clinical stage of BTCC heightening, the expression of TGFβ1 was increased.Positive expression rate of bFGF in G1,G2,G3 of BTCC was 40%(4/10),72.7%(8/11),100%(9/9),the expression had different(P＜0.05). Positive expression rate of bFGF in the stage of Tis-T1 and T2-T4 was 52.9%(9/17),92.3%(12/13),the expression had diference(P＜0.05),so with the pathologicalgrade and clinical stage of BTCC heightening,the expression of bFGF was increased.It is positive correlation in PLGF and TGFβ1(P=0.009,r=0.219) or bFGF(P=0.001,r=0.282).Positive expression rate of PLGF in male and femal of BTCC was 52.6%(10/19),63.6%(7/11),which had no difference (P＞0.05).Positive expression rate of TGFβ₁ in male and femal of BTCC was 52.6%(10/19), 45.5%(5/11),which had no difference(P＞0.05).Positive expression rate of bFGF in male and femal of BTCC was 73.7%(14/19),63.6%(7/11),which had no difference(P＞0.05).Conlusions:Gene mutation and new protein have happened during the cancerization of bladder mucous membrane.With the positive expression rate of PLGF,TGFβ1 and bFGF heightening,the malignancy degree and infiltrate depth of the tumor was increased,the effect after curing was worse.The expression of PLGF,TGFβ1 and bFGF in BTCC had no difference with sex.PLGF has a positive co- relation with TGFβ1 and bFGF,so it indicate that the happening of tumor has many factors,they promote the formation of tumor vessel,hyperplasia,differentiation and metabasis of tumor,so it can be regarded as an index to predict the growth tendency of tumor,and provide a reference to study and research biotherapy of tumor.
