The Study Of PKCα, β2 Protein Expression In Kidney Deficiency Osteoporosis Rat Kidney, Hypothalamus | Posted on:2010-01-27 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:X Sun | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2144360278980889 | Subject:Basic Theory of TCM | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Purpose:To explore pathological mechanism of the Kidney deficiency osteoporosis as well as the intervention mechanism of tonifying kidney Chinese herbs to the osteoporosis.Material and method:Surgical removal of the rat ovariectomy and establishing the model of osteoporosis Kidney. And randomly divided into 8 groups: Group 1:normal group;2 groups:sham operation group;3 groups:model control group;4 groups:low-dose group tonifying kidney Chinese herbs;5 groups:high-dose group tonifying kidney Chinese herbs;6 groups:the control group Buzhongyiqitang; 7 groups:control group Gaitianli calcium;8 groups:particles Gushukang control group.Normal diet groups having normal water, and other groups were given the corresponding drugs orally,1 time daily for 3 months. They were put to death after the last garage administration and were taken stock kidney, hypothalamus, which were used to detect the protein expression of PKCαand PKCβ2.Results:1 The protein expression of renal PKCαand PKCβ2 in the model of Kidney osteoporosis rat was lower than the normal group(P<0.01).2 Tonifying kidney Chinese herbs can increase the protein expression of the rat kidney PKCαand PKCβ2(compared with the empty mold P<0.01).3 The protein expression of the PKCαand PKCβ2 in Kidney osteoporosis model rat hypothalamus was higher than the normal group(P<0.01).4 Tonifying kidney Chinese herbs can reduce the protein expression of the rat hypothalamic PKCαand PKCβ2(compared with the empty mold P<0.01). Conclusion:1.Pathogenesis of osteoporosis may be related to the changes in kidney and hypothalamus protein expression of PKC.2.Tonifyingkidney probably through the regulation of renal medicine, Hypothalamus of the protein expression of PKC to achieve the prevention and treatment of the osteoporosis.
