The Clinical Effect Of Yinxingdamo Injection On Patient With Unstable Angina Pectoris And The Influence On HsCRP

ObjectiveTo explore changes of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP) in patients with unstable angina pectoris before and after therapy of Yinxingdamo injection.MethodThe study received 80 patients of unstable angina pectoris who were chosen from Shenyang Medical College affiliated Fengtian hospital and divided them into treatment group and control group randomly.Both groups have 40 cases,patients in control group were treated with traditional therapy,patients in treatment group were accepted the same therapy as control groups and Yinxingdamo injection(put this injection into 0.90 normal saline solution 250ml,intravenous drip,once a day).the observing time is one week.The level of serum hsCRP,blood mucocity and blood lipid were tested before and after the treatment.Results1.There is a significant difference between after-therapy and before-thrapy in control group(P＜0.01);2.There is a significant difference between after-therapy and before-thrapy in treatment group(P＜0.01);3.There is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the levels of serum hsCRP after treatment(P＜0.05); 4.There is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the levels of blood mucocity after treatment(P＜0.05);5.Yinxingdamo injection is no effect on blood lipid and blood glucose.Conclusion1.The study proves that the treatment of Yinxingdamo injection,which based on the therapy of traditional medicine,was effective in unstable angina pectoris and the level of serum hsCRP decreased significant in treatment group.2.Yinxingdamo injection can decrease the blood mucocity.
