Backgroud and objective:The history of female sterilization study has one hundred years, it has born two hundreds method. It is spot to find a ideal fallopian tubes sterillization device. Physics methods of fallopian tubes sterillization such as plug or link can not solve contraception effectiveness, the application prospect was limited. Many materials were corrodent,adhesions agent or sclerosing agent, they was toxicity and damage. So, study and design a sterillization device of high performance,duration and nontoxic has import society and economic benefit.Shape memory polyners have the character of plastic in common temperature and oak in invariably temperature so-called memory temperature. It has utlized widespread in surgery,department of stomatology,blood,ophthalmology,dematology,medicine controlled release and so on.Because it has some merits such as superordinary biocompatibility ,low cost,recovery temperature easily adjusted and large deformation.But it is exploring in exploratory development of genital system.We have utilized polylactic acid to synthesis polymers which have shape memory.This research collected correlated data and produced sterillization device. The primitive shape of device was formed with devised fallopian tubes tooting,its property was set up to keep diameter smaller than fallopian tubes. The device expanded and block the fallopian tube by the heat of in vivo.We observed the biocompatibility in animals.These prepared for the next fertility control experiments.Expirical method:1.Collected the correlated datas that is fallopian tubes of human being and rabbits.Inner and external diameters were determinated on operation micro.Modulus of elasticity and compliance were get by tension and pressure-volume experiments.2.Shape design of shape-memory fallopian tubes sterillization device and placer.On the basis of anatomic structure of human and rabbits'fallopian tubes and physical and chemical characteristics of poly lactyl shape-memory polyer, we screen and get best proposal to design fallopian tubes sterillization device and placer.3.Observe the influence in tunica mucosa tube uterinae and else main organ after the fallopian tube sterillization device was implanted in rabbit.Female New-Zealand rabbits were used in this study, they were divided in experimental group,self-control group and normal group.After fallopian tubes contraceptive device maded by poly lactyl shape-memory polymer(OH-PDLLA- OH/HID /BDA)was implanted into rabbit fallopian tubes of experimental group and operation side of own control group,we evaluated the function of shape-memory and degradation,obeserved histocompatibility between materials and uterine tubal epithelium. Take blood in batch to detect the hemoglobin,red blood cell,leukocyte,platelet,blood urea,serum creatinine,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,glutamic-oxal acetic transaminase and lactic acid dehydrogenase in preoperative and postoperative.Results:1. The interior and exterior diameter of fallopian tube of human being were respectively 1.35±0.173, 3.75±1.025(mm), the interior and exterior diameter of fallopian tube of rabbits were respectively 0.92±0.305, 1.97±0.404(mm), it matchs to the data in record. The modulus of elasticity in human being and rabbits were respectively 0.0425±0.015, 0.1025±0.049(MPa); The compliance were respectively 0.0039±0.00179,0.0017±0.00077(ml/cmH2O)。2. Designed 5 programs of sterillization device and 2 programs of placer.3. After the sterillization tube implanting in the fallopian tube,it changed from long and thin to short and crude,twist with the shape of fallopian tube.Shape-memory fallopian tubes sterillization device induced inflammatory stimulation on uterine tubal epithelium for short time,with the implantation time extension, the device degradation gradually,the inflammatory reaction turned to chronicity,fibroplasia is appearance. The pathological section is normal in heart,liver,kidney and ovaries.The index of blood system have not significant statistice difference between preoperation and postoperation.Conclusions:1. Succeed to abtain in the mechanical property data of fallopian tubes.the fallopian elasticity of human beings is better to rabbits.2. The sterillization device can be implanted in the fallopian tube of rabbits.3. After the material implanting in the fallopian tube, it can deformate, it have satisfactory biocompatibility and degradation. It can stimulate fibroplasia, the hyperplastic fibrous tissue and sterillization device both can block the fallopian tube. This material have not significant influence to correlated indexs of blood system. |
