Study On Sort Of The Methods Of Traditional Chinese Medical Treatment On Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Our assignment generalized the present situation of the methods of traditional chinese medical treatment on CAG(chronic atrophic gastritis),and sorted these methods resumptively.We discussed the laws of the component and distribution on these methods,so can we knows the primary and secondary of the methods of traditional chinese medical treatment.We also discussed the correlativity between the methods and sex,age,atrophic degree of gastric mucosa,infection of Hp(Helicobacter pylori).Through above-mentioned study,we can offer help and basis to choose a more normative treatment protocol for CAG which is applicable for clinic.Our study summarized the cause,etiopathogenesis and common treatments of CAG from the point of view about modern medicine;For traditional Chinese medicine,we overviewed the cognitions about traditional appellation,cause,etiopathogenesis of CAG,and analysed the present situation about pattern identification as the basis for determining treatment,special methods and prescriptions and expert experience about CAG.From searching the journal during the year 2000-2008 from the Network Database,collecting 139 dissertations which comprise detailed data and include 10,748 clinical cases that were diagnosed CAG,and investigating 70 patients from clinic during the year 2006-2008,we respectively concluded and analysed the present situation about the methods' component of traditional chinese medical treatment on CAG,also we discussed the correlativity between the methods and sex,age, atrophic degree of gastric mucosa,infection of Hp by using Pearson test from the 70 cases which searched from clinic.The conclusion indicated that the proportion of the methods of traditional chinese medical treatment on CAG according to the high-low order is:replenishing qi and invigorating spleen,dispersing stagnated liver qi and regulating qi-flowing,nourishing yin for benefiting stomach,clearing heat and promoting dieresis,etc.We also find the methods of traditional chinese medical treatment on CAG are conspicuously correlating with sex, namely,the methods replenishing qi and invigorating spleen,dispersing stagnated liver qi and regulating qi-flowing are mostly used for female patients,and nourishing yin for benefiting stomach,clearing heat and promoting dieresis,mixed methods are more used for male patients.And the methods are not so correlate with age,atrophic degree of gastric mucosa and infection of Hp.Because of our small sample,some conclusions still need farther verification and discussion.
