Intervention Research Of Hodified Shengyu Decoction On Spinal Cord Function Of Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy After Operation

Objective To explore the improvement effect of Hodified Shengyu Decoction on spinal cord function of Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy after operation,and provide basis for rehabilitation studies of Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy after operation in future.And make traditional Chinese medicine play an important position in Science of Orthopedics and Traumatology.Methods Case selected a total of 34 cases,including 23 cases of male and 11 female,with an age of the 35 years old to 73 years old,with an average of 55.79±11.44 years;covered by the cases that had been diagnosed definitely and operated.Use conventional antibiotic treatment to prevent infection,20%Mannitol twice everyday in 5-7 days,and supporting treatment such as fluid infusion, hemostasis et al.Stitch is removed after 10-14 days.Then using rehabilitation treatment:do bed functional exercise mainly,and use neck collar in early stage of second to ten days.In middle stage of 10days to 3months,the patients could begin functional training and get off bed,but still with neck collar.At the last period of the time after 3 months,remove the neck collar,keep on the exercise of middle stage,at this time,restoration exercise of cervical and shoulder function is important.According to the different postoperative specific medication,were randomly divided into rehabilitation exercise treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine Hodified Shengyu Decoction group(group A),rehabilitation exercise treatment(group B).A group is 16 cases,and 18 cases in group B.A group:in addition to rehabilitation exercise,after fasting lifted after giving Chinese medicine Hodified Shengyu Decoction oral daily one,two,even serving on the 7th for a course,last for four courses.B group:only use rehabilitation exercise.Evaluate the two groups of JOA score at preoperative and 1,2,4,6 weeks and 3 months after operation.Results In the clinical study,the groups A and B in patients JOA scores were significantly better than before operation(P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference between 2 groups after one week.And A group JOA scores were significantly better than in group B after 2,4,6 weeks and 3months,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion According to the statistical analysis of the result before and after treatment of 2 groups,rehabilitation exercise treatment and rehabilitation exercise treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine Hodified Shengyu can improve the spinal cord function of Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy after operation.But the effect of combined with Hodified Shengyu Decoction is more significant.
