The Use Of Bioprosthesis

Objective:introduce the kinds of bioprosthesis,valvular raplacemnt,the result andprognosis.Artuficial:valvular raplacement is the main means of treatment for valvular disease. Because of the shortcomings of mechcnical prosthetic valve such as anticoagulant therapy lifetime,infective endocarditis and mechanical failture,the survival rate and living quality are not satistied.With the development of technology,the bioprosthesis is widespread day by day,the living quatily of patients is improved,But ths short duration of service life limits the use of biopmsthesis valve. Objective:To report beef-heart Bioprosthesis treats for valvular diseaseMethods:22 cases with valvular replacement in our hospital from 2004 to 2008were collected.The heart function(NYHA) of11 cases was in classⅡ,10 cases were in classⅢ,1 case in classⅣ.12 casees were mitral valve replacement,9 cases were avr,1 case was amvr.Resuls:one case was dead in hospital.The operative mortality wae 0.2 cases were respiratory infection.The length of stay was 10.8±3.3d(6-22d).THE time of flup was 15d to 24M.The cases of flup were 17 cases.NOne of the cases was one more operative and embolism.Conclusion:Bioprosthesis wae safe,and witn no infective endocarditis,embolism,and so on.
