Objective:Extrahepatic bile duct stone is a kind of common and frequently-occurring disease in general surgery. As the development of laparoscopy, duodenoscope, and choledochoscope, the minimally-invasive therapy has been improved quickly. This article is to explore the minimally invasive treatment of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis. Methods:To summarize 260 cases of choledocholithiasis/ +cholecystolithiasis patients who were treated with different combinations of laparoscopy, duodenoscope, and choledochoscope associated with laparoscopic ultrasound in Qianfoshan Hospital of Shandong Province from Oct,2006 to Sep,2008.Results:1.The surgery success rate of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) is 98%.2.The surgery success rate of duodenoscopy surgery is 80%,others were conversed to laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(LCBDE).3.The surgery success rate of LCBDE is 100%.4.No serious complication occurred.201 cases were followed up from 5 months to 2 years. No evidence for bile duct injury and biliary stricture was found, and choledocholith recurred in 6 cases which were succeed in duodenoscopy surgery again. Conclusion:1.Reasonable applications of different combinations of laparoscopy, duodenoscope, and choledochoscope afford different choices for the minimally-invasive therapy of cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis.2.Associated with laparoscopic ultrasound, these methods make operations finished efficiently and safely.
