Objective: Conserve the tissue compatibility of self-regulating nano-hydroxyapatite / polylactic acid composite material by animal experiments, prepare for clinical application.Method: 1 Preparation of new type of nano-hydroxyapatite / polylactic acid composite material. 2.According to GB / T 16886.6-1997 ( local reactions after implantation) The material will be transplant in subcutaneous tissue , artificial bone implanted control group, conserve the activities of them, whether there is decreased motor function, difficulty in breathing, shock rather, prostration and death, such as signs of clinical toxicity,And weighing of all animals in each group, calculate the food utilization rate and the body weight relative growth rate.Biochemical examination(blood routine test, stool routine test, urine routine test,LFT and RFT)were also given to animals after four weeks. Animals were sacrificed by air embolization . Observe the anatomy of the heart, liver, lung, kidney, whether any changes, also taken to give microscopic section.Implants and surrounding tissue taken to give microscopic section ,too.Result:All animals were alive in the labor period. No significant difference in general situation, the food utilization rate and the body weight relative growth rate, all the biochemical examination is normal, local reactions after implantation test good partial response, no abnormal lesions by biopsy was found. Conclusion: The self-made nano-hydroxyapatite / polylactic acid composite material has a good tissue compatibilityjt has a great clinical application prospects.
