Objective:To obserue the plasma level changes of TM,sEPCR, and PC in patients with Diabetic Nephrapathy at different stages, and to investigate the function of using Endogenous Protein during the initiation and development of Type 2 Diabetic Nephrapathy,as to well as provide a basic theretical basis for the early diagnosis of clinical diabetic nephropathy. Methods:Compared with the normal control group(30 cases), 72 cases with Diabetic Nephrapathy according to UAER were treated by means of ELISA to test the level of PC,sEPCR,and TM in Affiliated Hospital of Yongzhou Vocational-technical College. Results:Statistical analysis showed that①there was a significant difference between patients with DN and the normal control group(p<0.05) in TM,sEPCR,PC.②the PC,TM,VEGF levels of patients with DN were positively correlated with HbAlc,duration of diseases and blood pressure, blood lipid and UAER,but negatively with CcR③PC,TM,sEPCR were positively correlated.Conclusion:①The concentration of TM,sEPCR,PC in the surem in patients increases in the patientswith DN.②PC,and sEPCR, TM are significantly positive with each other and have a positive correlation with albuminurial. With the prolonging of duration, the injured vascular endothelial cell,VEC and hypercoagulative state may lead to the increasing of TM,sEPCR,and PC level.③The normal level of TM,sEPCR and PC in serum can be used as the index of help the early diagnosis of DN.
