To Analysis The Clinical And Pathological Features Of 1257 Breast Cancer Patients

Objective:To investigate the difference of clinical,pathological, molecular biology characteristics between the young(＜35),the middle-aged(35～60) and the old(≥60) breast cancer patients after the analysis of 1257 breast cancer patients in Xiangya Hospital.Method:Using the data of the breast cancer patients in Xiangya Hospital,I retrospective analyzed the percentage of the three groups account all the patients,the types of pathology,clinical stage,the expression of hormone receptor and Her-2/neu,the metastasis of lymph node,clinical classification and survival rate,to compare the clinical characteristics and turnover of the three groups.Results:The percentage of the young group account all the patients in Xiangya Hospital was similar to others' reports in our country,the percentage of the old group was obviously lower than the west countries. Most of the breast cancer in the three groups were invasion.In young patients,the percentage of tumor between 0 toⅠstage(22.0%) was higher than the middle-aged group(14.3%,P＜0.05);the negative rate of ER(47.7%) was higher statistically than the middle-aged group(37.5%, P＜0.05);the over-expression of Her-2/neu(14.4%) was higher than the middle-aged and the old group(8.3%,5.7%,P＜0.05);the percentage of three-negative breast cancer(31.8%) was also higher than the middle-aged group(21.6%,P＜0.05);the 3 and 5 year survival rate (78.0%,52.6%) were lower statistically than the middle-aged group (90.3%,80.6%,P＜0.05).In old patients,the percentage of tumor between 0 toⅠstage(15.3%) was lower than the young(22.0%) group;the percentage of three-negative breast cancer(31.2%) was higher than the middle-aged group(21.6%,P＜0.05).There was no difference in the metastasis of lymph node between the three groups.Conclusion:1.In the young breast cancer patients,the percentage of the young group account all the patients in Xiangya Hospital was similar to others' reports in our country;the percentage of tumor between 0 toⅠstage was higher than the middle-aged group;the negative rate of ER was higher than the middle-aged group;the over-expression of Her-2/neu was higher than the middle-aged and the old group;the percentage of three-negative breast cancer was also higher than the middle-aged group.2.In the old breast cancer patients,the percentage of the old group account all the patients in hunan province was obviously lower than the west countries;the percentage of tumor between 0 toⅠstage was lower than the young group;the percentage of three-negative breast cancer was higher than the middle-aged group.
