A Study On Evaluation Of Occupational Safety Health Management System Performance

Occupational Safety Health Management (OSHM) is development fundament of the society and economy. With the rapid development of society and economy, Occupational Safety Health is getting to become the critical factor influcing the sustainable development of national economy. OSHM in enterprise extremely influences on the sustainable development of national economy and social stability. This paper evalutes the performace of OSHM in enterprise on full-scale based on multiple linear regression and the composite method of Analytic Hierarchy Process & Dephi method. The main reseach goes as follows.①Analyzing the methods and applications of comprehensive evaluation of OSHMS, as well as its characteristics and trends. Then, the research content and method of this paper were put forward.②An evaluation index system of occupational health management was established and a questionnaire survey was carried out to validate the index system by evaluating safety in industrial organisationas, which indicated that the proposed Occupational Health Management System could provide a valid measurement for safety in industrial organizations. The evaluation index system of OSHMS was improved and perfected according to the analysis of questionnaires feedback, which contributed great signification and arithmetic for setting up simplify evaluation indicator system for OSHMS.③Analyzing the evaluation theory and methods of OSHMS, a complex weighting method, combining subjective and objective weighting virtues based on AHP and Dephi methods, for comprehensive evaluation model of OSHMS was set up. Furthermore, the methods to weight each single index and explain calculated results of the comprehensive evaluation were put forward.④The comprehensive evaluation model based on complex weighting method for Occupational Safety Health Management System was applied in one chemical manufacturer, Chongqing city. The evaluation result indicated that the OSHMS performance of the chemical manufacturer was unsatisfactory, which reflected its improving aspects and measures on the other hand.⑤Comparing the results of pure subjective evaluation and the results of evaluation model in this paper, the latter was verified and validated to merits in concise evaluation indexes, the representative evaluation elements, the elimination of subjective evaluation and the practical performance factors from high-performance feedback.
