Objective: In recent years, with significant development of science and technology modernized study in the traditional Chinese medicine aroused the worldwide interest. There is more than five thousand years brilliant history of the development of Chinese herbal medicine. In its long history, it represented the experience of the ancestors and is also a conclu- sion of ancestors'practice. So it is of both practice and scientific nature . Different way of concoctingcan have effects of detoxifying, the transforma- tion, the coordination etc.Production and concoctingof the traditional Chin- ese herbal medicine played a vital role in practical work. So in this paper we will explore the influence of both the traditional concocting method and the high energy handling method(to go through process peculiar instrument) on the efficacy of Chinese medicine Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Astragali, Brunellae Spica then to explore the validity of the high energy handling method.Methods: Kunming small rats provided by Dalian medical university experiment animal centre(150). Male and female with the weight of 20-25 grams in the same half amount. Divide the small rats into three important group in random: A Radix Paeoniae Alba group which is further divided into three groups: A1 group(drench Radix Paeoniae Alba of the high energy handles), A2 group(drench Radix Paeoniae Alba of the traditional proces- sing drugs method),A3 group (drench of normal saline contrasting a group), each group of 20, are half and half female and male in amount; B Radix Astragali group,further divided into three groups:Respectively is the B1 group(drench Radix Astragali of the high energy handles), B2 group(drench Radix Astragali of the traditional processing drugs method), B3group (drench of normal saline contrasting a group), 20small rats for every group. Half of the female and half of the male in amount; C Brunellae Spica group: Respectively is the C1 group(peritoneal injection Brunellae Spica of the high energy handles), the C2 group(peritoneal injection Brunellae Spica of the traditional processing drugs method), the C3 group(peritoneal injection physiological saline control group), each group of 10, are half and half female and male.Groups A and B inject egg nucleua protein-antigen in fold inguen on the 1th day and the 10th day respectively(0.2ml for each mouse); administer drug for each group once per day from the 3rd day and 0.5ml for each mouse for successive 7 days. Take blood from eye and get serum by centrifugal method.Adopt enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) with egg nucleua protein coating ELISA plate to test corresponding antib- ody of mice serum. Group C for set starting from Day I by that the abdominal cavity injection high energy handling processing drugs and the selfheal traditional Chinese medicine water that tradition concocts decoc- ting the agent and normal saline, once in every day, 0.2ml for each mouse at every time for successive 15 days. Inoculate HCa cell for each group once and 0.2ml. the 5th day of inoculate HCa cell to measure and record abdomen circumference and record each group mouse survival every day .Results: Producing the immune respondent of body fluid in Radix Paeoniae Alba group under strong antigen stimulation, the group that drench Radix Paeoniae Alba of the traditional processing drugs method produces antibody more than another group that drench Radix Paeoniae Alba of the traditional processing drugs method(P<0.05); Producing the immune respo- ndent of body fluid in Radix Astragali group under strong antigen stimu- lation, the group that drench Radix Astragali of the traditional processing drugs method produces antibody more than another group that drench Radix Astragali of the traditional processing drugs method(P<0.05); The perit- oneal injection Brunellae Spica of the high energy handles and the tradit- ional processing drugs method in the Brunellae Spica group,and contrasting with control group,the life cycle being able to be notable prolonging a small mice, improves a survival rate, restrain abdominal cavity tumour growth (P<0.05), but the high energy handles Brunellae Spica and tradition Brunellae Spica surrounds in pair of small mice abdomens to reach com- paratively all not notable difference of survival rate(P>0.05).Conclusion: Radix Paeoniae Alba group, Radix Astragali group: The high energy handles the Radix Paeoniae Alba and Astragalus membranaceus concocting with tradition, can improve an antibody generating amounts without exception, but this high energy handles the effect processing method than tradition method can raise the Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix astragali more in immune aspect. Brunellae Spica group:The high energy handles and the Brunellae Spica that tradition processing drugs to grow to small rat abdominal cavity tumour to have notable inhibitory action, the effect having improved a survival rate, but being able to not think that the high energy handles processing drugs Brunellae Spica than tradition conco- cts Brunellae Spica without exception well.The experiment by the fact that three kinds traditional Chinese medicine diversity processing drugs an impact of method over whose effect is observed,this processing drugs me- thod the first step certificate high energy is handled can improve containing the glucoside kind, the effect holding sugar traditional Chinese medicine effect, but to improving the effect containing phenol being similar to traditional Chinese medicine, fault ascertains that very much.
