| Objective:To observe the relationship of heat-blood stasis syndrome(HBSS) with clinical pathology in patients with lupus nephritis(LN),and provide a reference index for lupus nephritis clinical differentiation and cure.Materials and methods:①According to The United States Institute of Rheumatology 1982 revised diagnostic criteria for SLE,removes standards,61 cases with lupus nephritis were selected.And According to 2002"Chinese native medicine New Medicine Clinical Research Guiding principle"(implementation) guiding principle,Then according to "TCM symptom score table"(table four),score the patients included in the study on the basis of quantitative criteria according to grading symptom,and for TCM Syndrome Differentiation,61 type lupus nephritis patients were divided into two groups,one was with HBSS,the other was with non heat-blood stasis syndrome(non HBSS ),analyze the clinico pathological materials of patients with HBSS and patients with non HBSS.②Collect the patients'12-hour fasting plasma of these 61 patients had no treatment,Low-temperature centrifugal immediately,Serum stored in -70℃refrigerator to wait for checking,And 30 healthy volunteers as control plasma。Results:1.In patients with HBSS,hypocomplementemis and high SLEDAI(P＜0.05).2.Compared with patients of non heat-blood stasis syndrome,the values of plasma fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D) and PAI-1 in HBSS patients were obviously higher(P＜0.05).3.Compared with patients of non heat-blood stasis syndrome,active index of renal pathology in HBSS patients were significantly higher(P＜0.05).4.Compared with patients of non heat-blood stasis syndrome,degrees of fibrinogen-related antigen(FRA)deposited and renal tissue tPA average intensity of positive points in HBSS patients'renal were stronger.Conclusion:HBSS of LN had some relationship with clinical pathology changes such as SLE activity,active index of renal pathology,high coagulation and low fibrinolysis.The combination of TCM holistic syndrome differentiation and modern medicinal micro-differentiation is more favorable for making clear the nature of blood stasis Syndrome of LN。... |
