The Clinical Study On Curative Effects Of Halitosis With H.pylori Infection By Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With West Medicine

Purpose:The purpose of the this study is to investigate the clinical curative effect of halitosis with Hp infection by liquor of xianzhuli with trigeminy therapeutic resisit Hp.Method:Choose 60 patients in the Secondary Hospital of Fuzhou City diagnosed with halitosis with Hp infection,belonging to damp-heat in spleen and stomach,during the Nov.2007 and Nov.2008.All the cases are divided into 2 groups at random-treatment group and comparison group,30 for which respectively.The Treatment group is given "by liquor of xianzhuli with trigeminy therapeutic resist Hp (Rabeprazole+Clarithromycin+arilin)",the other group is given "trigeminy therapeutic resisit Hp(Rabeprazole+ Clarithromycin+ arilin)".Both group Take 7 days as a period.Reexamine the halitosis numerical value after 1week to observe the short-term curative effect;Reexamine the halitosis numerical value after 4 week to observe the long-term curative effect..Result:1.Comparison of general effects on halitosis between the treatment group and comparison group:first,therapeutic effect in the near future,23 are completely cured and 6 are partly cured,1 is successfully affected and 2 is wasted in the former group,of which the general effective power is 96.66%.In comparison group,the corresponding data is 14,11,5 and the effective power is 83.33.%. secondly,after one month observe the long—term therapeutic effect.There is obvious difference between the efficacy of the two kinds of methods(P<0.05)-the former one is better than the latter one's.2.Comparison of general effects on HP between the treatment group and comparison group,the former group's effective power is 86.66%.the comparison group's total effective power is 76.66%,there isn't obvious difference between the efficacy of the two kinds of methods(P>0.05);3. Comparison of general effects on chief symptoms between the treatment group and comparison group the symptoms in treatment group:There is obvious difference between the efficacy of the two kinds of methods on halitosis,bitter taste of mouth and belch(P＜0.05),but no obvious difference on stomachache,gastric upset,anorexia and stool irregularity(P＞0.05).Conclusion:1.The research is to improve the relation between Hp and halitosis;2.The effect of the traditional Chinese drug of zhuli with trigeminy therapeutic resist Hp is more great than trigeminy therapeutic resist Hp only;3.According to the differentiation of symptoms and signs in TCM halitosis due to weishihejiang,zhuoqishangni,with the syndrome of bad breath,sticky,Dry mouth and thirsty,the traditional Chinese drug of zhuli has cold nature,can clear heat,eliminate sputum and dissipating dampness;On the basis of west medicine pharmacology,zhuli can eliminate inflammation,antibiosis,furthermore accelerate enterokinesia to promote the effluence of turbid pathogen.Therefore the halitosis and the curative of Hp both will make a great improvement..In addition,xianzhuli can be safety taken at low cost without any side effects,which is worthy of being wide applied.
