Studies On Cases Of Blood Disease In Classified Case Records Of Celebrated Physicians

There are three parts in this thesis. The first part is summary that analyze the study status of Classified Case Records of Celebrated Physicians in the past ten years. The second part is central section of the article. It centers on the pathogenesis and therapy of cases of blood disease. The third part is conclusion which summarize the therapeutic feature of blood disease.There are 81 pieces of blood disease cases in Classified Case Records of Celebrated Physicians, involved 20 physicians whose name have exactly recordation,40 prescriptions and 150 herbs used in blood disease. In aspect of pathogenesis, it emphasis the qi deficiency. The very important pathogenesis is deficiency syndrome. The cause and pathogenesis of blood associated with different zang-fu viscera, but the main zang-fu viscera is spleen. There are two characters in aspect of therapy. Firstly ,it is the application of prescriptions of warmly invigorating middle jiao and invigorating qi for homeostasis. Secondly, it is simple application of recipe in first aid of blood disease. Besides, this cases of blood disease include especial therapy such as moxibustion and psychotherapeutics.Through studying and adding up the treating recipe-medicines of blood disease, we might give some advice in the treatment of blood disease in clinic:â‘ Qi deficiency is the important cause and pathogenesis in blood diseases of Classified Case Records of Celebrated Physicians. It should pay attention to invigorate qi for homeostasis in treatment of the blood disease.â‘¡Method of invigoration and warming interior method in treatment of blood diseases is good for current clinical therapy.â‘¢The application of simple recipe is the important character. We should consider this approach in treating blood disease.â‘£On the treatment aspect, moxibustion and spiritual therapy are beneficial in the treatment of blood disease.
