Objective:Retrospective analysis TENOR system and the AF system separately in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine burst fracture of the clinical effects, for future clinical application provide useful lessons. Methods:Selected by clinical and imaging diagnosis and surgical treatment of acute hospital thoracolumbar spine burst fracture patients,a total of 30 cases,15 cases of TENOR group,AF group of 15 cases.TENOR analysis system and the AF system in the treatment of acute thoracolumbar burst fractures in the spine clinical results, and statistical analysis. Results:TENOR group and AF group the volume of operative time and blood loss separate were 131.20min±6.90min,130.33min±11.41min,437.67ml±96.43ml,435.00ml±81.53ml.After post-operation,TENOR group AVH were restored from 40.65%±10.67%to 97.41%±4.26%, Cobb angle from 29.03°±7.63°to 2.77°±1.58°,After pedicle screw instrumentation to implant removal, the losses were that,AVH:7.79%±10.10%,Cobb angle:3.25°±2.04°,After implant removal to final follow up,the losses were that,AVH:4.98%±8.23%,Cobb angle:2.61°±1.83°. A-F group AVH were restored from 43.38%±9.52%to 97.37%±4.08%,Cobb angle from25.63°±9.05°to 3.77°±2.34°,After pedicle screw instrumentation to implant removal, the losses were that,AVH:4.45%±1.61%,Cobb angle:3.22°±1.79°,After implant removal to final follow up,the losses were that,AVH:4.45%±1.61%,Cobb angle:4.50°±3.14°.At the final follow-up,TENOR patients for nerve function:Frankel A in 2 cases,B in 1 cases,C in 1 cases, D in 2 cases,E in 9 cases;AF patients for nerve function:Frankel A in 1 cases,B in 1 cases,C in 3 cases,D in 1 cases,E in 9 cases. Conclusion:TENOR system,AF system in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture, be able to restore vertebral body height, kyphosis correction, and fewer complications.TENOR system and the AF system in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures,at the operative time, bleeding volume and restore nerve function, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).TENOR system and the AF system for the leading edge of a high percentage of vertebral injury(AVH) and the reduction and correction of Cobb angle, there was no significant difference (P>0.05),but at the final follow-up meeting with statistical significance between the two groups (0.01<P<0.05).The kyphosis angle(Cobb angle,°) after correction, the short-term maintenance of the TENOR system is better than the AF system.
