Clinical Study Of The Effect Of YiQiYangYinHuoXueFa On Treating Diabetic Retinopathy And Preliminary Disscussion Of The Mechanism Of Action

Distbetic Retinopathy(DR) is one of severity complications of Diabetes Mellitus(DM) and become one of four main diseases of causing blind at preasent.The pathogenesis of DR isn't completely clarified,we still didn't acquired evolve piercely on it's treatment.In this study,we observed the effect of YiQiYangYinHuoXue Decoction on treating DR and made a preliminary study on mechanism of action.PartⅠLiterature Research1,We researched the literature of DR,summarized the pathogenesis,dignosis,treatment of it and discussed the problem remain and the trend of its development.2,We summarized the evolve on name,etiology,pathogenesis,prevention and therapy of DR in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).To discuss the classification of syndrome and the treating.PartⅡClinic ResearchObjective:To evaluate the effects of YiQiYangYinHuoXue Decoction in treating DR and to make a preliminary study on possible mechanism of action.Methods:Select 48 patients with DR,27 patients for treatment group,21 patients for control group.The patients in treatment group take YiQiYangYinHuoXue Decoction,and the patients in control group take Pancreatic Kininogenase.The course of the treatment for bouth the two groups is 3 months.Observe the change of the vision,ocular manifestation,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome and correlative laboratory parameters such as 3-DG,VEGF and so on.Then make data processing to review the validity of YiQiYangYinHuoXue Decoction.Results:YiQiYangYinHuoXue Decoction can improve the condition of ocular manifestation of the patients with DR,the effect was better then Pancreatic Kininogenase(p＜0.05),especially in promoting absorption of eyeground hemorrhage(p＜0.01).The 3-DG of two groups are bouth reduced(p＜0.05),YiQiYangYinHuoXue Decoction is better than Pancreatic Kininogenase in this parameter.The Fbg of treatment group are reduced(p＜0.01).The improvement of traditional Chinese medical syndrome is relevant to the improvement of ocular manifestation( r-0.4174,p-0.0424) and the absorption of eyeground hemorrhage(r=0.49437,p=0.0165)Conclusion:YiQiYangYnHuoXue Decoction is effective for the treatment of ocular manifestation of DR patients.The reducing of Fbg and 3-DG point out that they were the target of drug action.The traditional Chinese medical syndrome is relevant to the improvement of ocular manifestation.
