Objective:This experimental study of head and neck vascularied tissue flap transplantation with a variety of local complications related to the risk factors of magnitude,to guide the Postoperative monitoring and clinical care.Methods:The clinical materials were collected from 123 reconstructive cases performed by our department between January 2003 and December 2008 and analyzed in terms of the distribution of age,gender,whether there is radiation therapy,smoking history,and whether the flee flap,all of which if the risk factors of after flap surgery complications.Logistic regression models was adopted for statistical analysis.Results:In these medical cases appeared in 39 cases of flap complications,the occurrence rate was 31.7%.Radiotherapy and smoking are the risk factors for flap complications.No significant effect on the remaining factors.Conclusion:Process of preoperative,surgery for patients who with the history of smoking or radiation therapy should be as well prepared as possible to prevent the complications.At the same time,care should be closely took up,in the event of complications should be dealt with immediately in order to prevent the occurrence of skin flap necrosis.
