Troperitoneal Laparoscopic Ureterolithotomy To Treat Ureteral Calculi

Objective:To discuss the treatment of ureteral calculi by retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy.Methods:Fifteen cases of ureteral calculi were treated by laparoscopic meterolithotomy.After discovering the ureter and incise it columnly,take out the calculi.sewing up the ureteral for 2—3 needle at last.The ureter was remained,and abdominal cavity drain tube was set.Results:Success has been achieved in all 15 cases.Operation time ranged from 90 to 240 min,with a mean time of 110±10 min.All patients were followed up for 3 monthes.And no relative complications occurred.Conclusions:The transabdominal laparoscopic ureterothotomy have advantages of little injury and quick recovery.
