Clinical-Obseration And Experimental Study On Retment Of Chronic Conjunctivitis With MuAnLing Eyedrop

Objective: to evaludate the efficency of MuAnLing eye drop on rabbits and patienties with chronic conjunctivitis.Methods:1.Experients:18 rabbits with chronic conjunctivitis were divided into 3 groups, MuAnLing group, Zhengzhu Ming Mu group and model group. After 24 hours, each group (12eyes, 6rabbits) was dripped 0.05ml egedrop in cornea respectively and closed eyes for 10 seconds. The treatment was for 4 weeks, 0.05ml once, 4 times a day.2. Clinics: 38 qualified patients (68-eyes) were divided into the tested group (MuAnLing, 17cases) and control group. (Zhing ZhuMingMu group. 17cases). The treatment was for 4 weeks, once a drop, 4 times a day.Rasults: 1. Experiment: Symptom of tested group and control group were better without magnificant difference. Tested group was better than control group with significant difference (P<0.05). except for model group cornea being bloodshot after 2 weeks. And the same result of significan difference (P<0.05) for 4 weeks. 2. Clinics:After the treatment of 4 weeks, the control group and tested group were better than before with significant difference (P<0.01). The total rate of tested group was better than control group after 1 weeks, 2weeks and 4 weeks with significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion: MuAnLing eyedrop group and ZhengZhuMingMu eyedrop group can decrease bloodshot during observation, for 1 weeks 2 weeks and 4 weeks. But MuAnLing eyedrop group is better than ZhengZhuMingMu eyedrop group with signifficant difference (P<0.01)...
