| ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of CD147 and P-gp in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).To investigate whether CD 147,P-gp and SLEDAI correlation with each other.Methods1.The mRNA expression of CD147 and P-gp in PBMCs were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).2.The proteinic levels of CD147 and P-gp was analyzed by Flow cytometry.3.Correlation analysis was used to investigate the relation among CD147,P-gp and the activity of SLE.The activity of disease was evaluated by SLEDAI(≤9 were low active group,>9 were high active group).Results1.The mRNA expression of CD 147 in PBMCs of SLE patients were significantly higher than that of healthy group(P<0.05),the mRNA expression of CD147 in PBMCs of high active SLE patients were significantly higher than that of low active group and control(P<0.05), there wasn't notable difference between low active group and control (P>0.05).The proteinic levels of CD147 were consistent with mRNA levels.2.The mRNA expression and proteinic levels of P-gp were not significantly elevated in SLE patients compared with control(P>0.05).3.There was positive linear correlation between CD147 and SLEDAI(r=0.663,P<0.01),negative linear correlation between P-gp and SLEDAI(r=-0.411,P<0.05);there was not linear correlation between CD147 and P-gp(r=-0.217,P>0.05).Conclusion1.There is a elevated expression of CD147 in SLE patients, that is positive correlation with SLEDAI.2.This study didn't find correlation between the expression of CD147 and P-gp in SLE patients'PBMCs.. |
