One basic method of reconstructive surgery is the flap, which can be used in restoration and reconstruction of tissues and organs. In the past, according to the type of blood supply, the flap can be divided into random pattern flap and axial pattern flap. With the development of the flap anatomy and microsurgery, traditional fascial flap and myocutaneous flap gradually evolve into the perforator flap. Investigation shows that, without the muscle and fascia including , the perforator flap can survive well which the perforator vessels dissected carefully from the muscle. It also reduces the morbidity in donor site。Musculocutaneous perforator flap represents a new trend of plastic microsurgery. Objective:With blood vessel perfusion and micro-dissection, we aimed to make clear the trails of the superior and inferior gluteal artery, and also their distribution in ectogluteus and aponeurosis area. We hope to provide anatomical evidences of SGAP and IGAP. Clinically, we summarized the clinical cases on superior and inferior gluteal artery perforator flaps in restoration of bedsore in order to estimate the clinical values of the flaps. Methods:Using blood vessels' perfusion and micro-dissection, we observed and did survey on 12 sides of buttocks in 6 samples. We summarized and followed up regularly on two clinical cases of superior and inferior gluteal artery perforator flaps which used in restoration of bedsore. We did the research of the morbidity of the donor site and covered the satisfaction degree of the post-operate patients. We found out that the patients gave high assessments on flaps contour and life quality. Finally。ResultConclusionFlap in the application of pressure sore hip during SGAP and IGAP is a very good organization for the District.
