The Expression Of SH2-B In Nonsmall-Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:To investigate the expression profile of SH2-B in Nonsmall-Cell Lung Cancer.Methods:Using immunohistochemistry assay,SH2-B expression level was detected in cancer tissue,adjacency tissue of cancer tissue,normal lung tissue of 36 cases of NSCLC patients,and was detected in 14 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Results:The results of ommunohistochenistry assay showed that the positive rate of SH2-B Of 36 cases NSCLC patients was 97%(35/36) in cancer tissue,and 64%(23/36) in adjacency tissue of cancer tissue,and 14%(5/36) in normal lung tissue,while the positive rate of SH2-B in colonic carcinoma tissue was 71%(10/14).SH2-B expressed in cancer tissue,adjacency tissue of cancer tissue,normal lung tissue of NSCLC and colonic carcinoma,mainly located in cytoplasm.Image analysis revealed that the positive cell rate of SH2-B of NSCLC patients in cancer tissue(2.06±0.715) was significantly higher than that in adjacency tissue of cancer tissue(1.06±0.924) and normal tissue(0.22±0.591)(P＜0.001).The positive cell rate of SH2-B in adjacency tissue of cancer tissue was significantly higher than normal lung tissue(P＜0.001).The positive cell rate of SH2-B in NSCLC cancer tissue(2.06±0.715) was higher than that in colon cancer tissue(1.21±0.975)(P＜0.05)。The score of staining intensity of SH2-B of NSCLC patients in cancer ceel(2.31±0.749) was significantly higher than adjacency alveolar cell of cancer tissue(1.00±0.926) and normal lung alveolar cell(0.14±0.351)(P＜0.001).There was also significantly higher in adjacency alveolar cell than in normal lung alveolar cell(P＜0.001).The score of staining intensity of SH2-B in NSCLC cancer ce11(2.31±0.749) was also higher than in colon cancer ce11(0.93±0.73)(P＜0.01),it showed that SH2-B may involve in NSCLC carcinogengsis.Conclusions:The carcinogenesis of NSCLC is a complex process which lots of factors and genes were involved in.SH2-B expression level of NSCLC patients in normal tissue,adjacency tissue of cancer tissue,cancer tissue gradually increases.We speculate that SH2-B maybe involve in carcinogenesis of NSCLC,and play an important role.
