| Objective:To observe the replacement of fracture with the improved mosaic external fixation and determine the stabilization of biomechanical,and provide the accordance and instruction to use and adjust the improved mosaic external fixation device.Method:2 tibia and 1 femoral wet specimens of adult collected, made a model of dia-fracture.Scaling the improved mosaic external fixation device and replacing the fracture.With the device of micrometer determine the quantitative change between inside pole and outside pole, to make the perfect spacing adjustment.To compare the pressure between the improved mosaic external fixation device and theâ…¡mosaic external fixation device in the perfect spacing adjustment,measure the quantitative change.According to the curves we could draw a conclusion. Statistical analyses were performed in the SPSS 17.0.Results:1.The improved mosaic external fixation device can replace the model of dia-fracture.2.With the pressure of 60kg,and the same distance between the improved mosaic external fixation device and the model of dia-fracture,more the distance of inside pole and outside pole, more the quantitative change between inside pole and outside pole.3. With the pressure of 100kg,both the improved mosaic external fixation device and theâ…¡mosaic external fixation device can keep a stabilization frame. Conclusion:1.The improved mosaic external fixation device can replace the model of dia-fracture and reduce the difficult of operation and convenient for adjust after operation.2.The distance of inside pole and outside pole is 4cm and the distance of inside pole should as far as possible close the body.3.The improved mosaic external fixation device has a good stabilization frame.
