Background:At present, the blood vessel prothesis are mainly three types materials. The first is man-made blood vessel, the second category is autologous blood vessels. The third category is bio-engineering blood vessels. At present, the latter two at home and abroad vascular broader application of alternative materials, such as autogenous vein graft is atherosclerotic vascular occlusive disease, such as the main means of treatment .After going to deal with cells and photo-oxidation of bovine jugular vein valved clinical pipeline and has also achieved good results.Man-made fiber fabrics using external vascular stent materials, such as to enhance bio-autogenous vein, after cross-linking of bovine jugular vein of the mechanical properties of pipes, etc., to provide flexible support, bound over-expansion, elastin and collagen to make up for the lack of protein in order to improve the over - expansion of the tubes leading to hemodynamic disorders, such as the consequences of thrombosis. Objective:Support the use of external man-made fibric stent, such as biological materials to improve vascular autogenous vein, after cross-linking of bovine jugular vein of the mechanical properties of pipes, etc., thus improving a result of excessive expansion of the tubes leading to hemodynamic disorders, and the consequences of thrombosis.Methods:1 man-made fiber fabric production support:2 animal experiments (man-made fibers embedded):Anesthesia and care: The experimental 20 SD rats , were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 10, with 10% chloral hydrate by intraperitoneal injection 1ml/100g narcotic dose.Surgery: fibrous skeleton embedded: the experimental group rats abdominal incision, until the exposed peritoneal, man-made fiber fabric will be buried in debris abdominal subcutaneous tissue in rats, the abdominal incision will be sutured. Add in the feeding cage. Abdominal incision of the control group only, but does not support embedded fiber. And evaluation of samples taken: four weeks after surgery on the experimental animals by weight and weighing the amount of food consumption statistics, and the inspection, including the three major conventional, such as liver and kidney functions. After one, three, six month Department of rats killed in three batches, remove man-made fiber fabric and assess the surrounding tissue. First of all visual observation; clipping appropriate sample and then into 4% formalin-fixed 24-hour, and then paraffin-embedded, conventional biopsy, HE stain.3 slices of observation and evaluation: In the microscopic observation of stained slices good, and the evaluation of tissue reaction.4 and processing data: calculation of the utilization rate of each group of food animals and each animal's weight relative growth rate, the experimental group and control group of red blood cell count, white blood cell count, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), creatinine (Cr) compared. Results:A visual observation of the skin and surrounding muscle tissue there was no abnormal reaction.2 microscope how the volume of subcutaneous tissue infiltrating lymphocytes, fibroblasts and macrophage infiltration around the stent the capillaries may have more to generate.Conclusion:1 man-made fiber fabrics produced outside the stent easy, cost-controlled.2 man-made fiber stent has a good tissue reaction and compatibility.
