The scores of the 4 subscales including cohesion, expressiveness, active-recreational orientation, and independence are all obviously lower than NC (p<0.05 or p<0.01) ,while the score of conflict is hihger (p<0.05 ) ; and all these differences are singificant (p<0.05 or p<0.01) .And for EMBU,F1,M1 were lower while F2,F5,M3,M4 were higher (p<0.05 or p<0.01) .2. There is no obvious difference in the subscale for compulsive character from PDQ-R between their parents (p>0.05 ) .3.The inside difference about family environment of OCD patients is higher than NC,both in parents vs parents and parents with children (p <0.01) and is focused on the subscales of expressiveness and conflict.ConclusionOCD patients have a significant different family environment and rearing styles of parents from NC,and have great inside difference about family environment, which indicates the family environment factors are important in the occurrence and development of OCD.
