| Objective:To evaluate the clinical application value of 64-slice spiral CT cine dynamic enhance scanning in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant roundlike pulmonary tumour.Methods:46 patients with roundlike pulmonary tumour underwent cine dynamic enhance scanning with 64-slice spiral CT(Aqulilion toshiba medical systerms) . the parameters of CT scanning including enhance type, CT value of malignancy tumour, peak height (PH) ,pure enhancement value,the relation between the peak time of tumour,pulmonary artery, and arteriae aorta and time-density curve(TDC) were analyzed.Results:The enhancement of malignancy tumour turned to be even or uneven but with the tendency to even,benign tumour with no obvious ennoblement and inflammatory tumour turned to be diversify.there was no significant difference in the CT value of malignancy tumour,inflammation tumour,benign tumour(P<0.05),the peak height (PH) and pure enhancement value of inflammation tumour and malignancy tumour were all higher than of benign tumour with significant difference(P<0.05),while the inflammation tumour and malignancy tumour had no differences(P>0.05), the pure enhancement value of 20 was thought to be the threshold of malignant tumour, the sensibility, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, accuracy rating were 100%,60%,83.8%,100%,80.4% respectively.the TDC of those three nodules appeared different,the malignancy ones had a sharp rising-sharp dropping shape as typeâ… , the inflammatory ones had a sharp rising-slow dropping shape as typeâ…¡and the benign ones had a gently shape as typeâ…¢.compared with malignant ones, the peak value of inflammation tumur was earlier than it in AO,later than it in PA while it was later in malignant nodules than in AO. Conclusion:64-slice spiral CT cine dynamic enhance scanning can providing hemodynamics precisely,combining the character of morphology,is very important in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant roundlike pulmonary tumour. |
