Objective:To explore the expression of FLIP protein, c-kit protein,ki-67 protein in gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD) and abortion .Method:The expression of FLIP protein, c-kit protein and ki-67 protein at protein level in 25 cases of abortion, 30 cases of hydatidiform mole,15 cases of invasive hydatidiform mole and 15 cases of choriocarcinoma were comparatively studied with immunohisto -chemical method .Rusults:1.The expression of FLIP protein in gestational trophoblastic disease. FLIP protein was chiefly located in cytoplasm , The expression of FLIP protein was gradually upgraded in colorectal choriocarcinoma compared to the abortion , hydatidiform mole and invasive hydatidiform mole .The positive expression rate of FLIP protein was 60% in abortion , 66.7% in hydatidiform mole, 73.3% in invasive hydatidiform mole, 100% in choriocarcinoma respectively ,which had significant difference between abortion (p<0.05). As increasing of histologic grade , the FLIP protein expression was increase ,which had significant difference between abortion and gestational trophoblastic disease.2 .The ression of c-kit protein in gestational trophoblastic diseasec-kit located in cell cytoplasm. There was obvious difference of c-kit protein positive rate among abortion , hydatidiform mole , invasive hydatidiform mole and choriocarcinoma. The positive expression rate of c-kit protein was 60% in abortion , 80% in hydatidiform mole , 93.33% in hydatidiform invasive mole , 100% in choriocarcinoma respectively ,which had significant difference between abortion (p<0.05). As increasing of histologic grade, the c-kit protein expression was increase, which had significant difference between abortion and gestational trophoblastic disease. .3 .The expression of ki-67 protein in gestational trophoblastic disease Ki-67 protein located in nucleus .The positive expression rate of ki-67 protein was 60% in abortion , 66.7% in hydatidiform mole , 73.3% in invasive mole , 100% in choriocarcinoma respectively , which had significant difference between abortion (p<0.05). As increasing of histologic grade , the ki-67 protein expression was increase, which had significant difference between abortion and gestational trophoblastic disease.4. FLIP have a positive correlation with c-kit, and have a positive correlation with ki-67; c-kit have a positive correlation with ki-67 in gestational trophoblastic disease.Conclusion:1. As increasing of histologic grade, the FLIP protein expression was increase.2. As increasing of histologic grade, the c-kit protein expression was increase.3. As increasing of histologic grade, the ki-67 protein expression was increase.4. The process of gestational trophoblastic disease may have something to do with the abnormal expression and interaction of FLIP ,c-kit and ki-67.
