An Observation Of Long-term Curative Effect On Trabeculectomy With Sclera Concave Pool

Objective: To evaluate the long-term curative effect of trabeculectomy with scleral concave pool in primary glaucoma surgery.Methods: A retrospective analysis from June,2006 to June,2007 in our hospital, Acceptance of surgical treatment of 60 cases(60 eyes) of patients with primary glaucoma,according to the different surgical methods were divided into three groups, each group 20 cases (20eyes).Trabeculectomy with scleral concave pool was performed on the experimental group,Trabeculectomy with mitomycin C was performed on the control group,routine Trabeculectomy was performed on the blank group,The follow-up was ranged from 24 to 30 months.The postoperative complications,intraocular pressure,filtration bubble,visual field changes,size of filtration road were analyzed.Results:Among the three groups,there was significant difference on intraocular pressure,type of functional filtering bubble and the size of filtration road by theχ2 test;Experimental group in which intraocular pressure, the size of filtration road and the other two groups were significantly different;intraocular pressure,the size of filtration road of control group and blank group were no significant difference;Experimental group and control,group type of filtering bubble were significantly different;Experimental group, the type of filtering bubble mainly typeⅡ,the type of filtering bubble in control group,mainly typeⅠ,Among the three groups of functional filtering bleb lifetime,visual field changes,postoperative complications was no significant difference.Conclusion:The size of filtration road after trabeculectomy with sclera concave pool significantly larger than the other two groups,functional filtering bubble mainly in typeⅡ;show that the sclera concave pool can effectively increase the size of filtration road,and provide a basis for the efficacy of decompression,long-term effective control of intraocular pressure at a relatively low level(13.1±2.7mmHg),no significant increase in complications.
