Objective:To study the effect of early limited resuscitation on trau- matic hemorrhagic shock.Method : Ninety patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock were randomly divided into two groups: conventional group (n=45) and limited group (n=45). 45 normal subjects were as control group. PT,APTT,T,BE and the concentration of lactic acid were analyzed in all subjects, and the recovery rate, motality and incidences of ARDS and MODS with the ninety patients were calculated. Results: PT,APTT,BE and the concentration of lactic acid were higher in limited group and conventional group than that in control group ( P﹤0.05); T was lower in limited group and conventional group than that in control group (P﹤0.05). PT,APTT,BE and the concentration of lactic acid were higher in conventional group than that in limited group(P﹤0.05); Mortality and incidence of ARDS/MODS were higher in conventional group than that in limited group .Conclusion:1. Early limited resuscitation can relieve coagulopathy of the patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock.2. Early limited resuscitation can ease hypothermia of the patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock .3. Early limited resuscitation can lessen acidosis of the patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock .4. Early limited resuscitation can increase the survival of the patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock and decrease complication.
