The Therapeutic Action And The Protect Action Of Realgar And NaiLi-capsule To The Nuclear Radiation Rats

Objective: To study the therapeutic action of realgar to the nuclear radiation rats, and compare the therapeutic action of Water-fly-method realgar and nano-realgar, and the protect action of NaiLi-capsule.Methods: (1) 50 rats were divided into five groups by random, respectively called nano-realgar-group, water-fly-method realgar group positive-control- group, model group and bland group. A single po dose of 2.062 mg/mL of nano-realgar and traditional realgar were given to the two groups, a single po dose of 0.154mg/mL of positive drug was given to the positive-control-group, 0.5 mL respectively, and 1﹪carboxymethyl- cellulose sodium was given to the model group, 0.5 mL each day during 24 days. The rats were irradiated by ⁶⁰Co-γray, then collect serum samples at certain time as follows: 1, 3,7,11,15,24 d after irradiation. The contents of WBC, lymphocyte, neutrophilic granulocyte, RBC, HGB and PLT in samples were determined by hemocytes-analyser, surveying therapeutic action of the drugs.(2) 30 rats were divided into there groups by random, respectively called NaiLi-capsule group, model group and bland group. a single po dose of 6.186 mg/mL of NaiLi-capsule was given to the NaiLi-capsule group, and 1﹪carboxymethylcellulose sodium was given to the model group, 0.5 mL each day during 24 days. The rats were irradiated by ⁶⁰Co-γray, then collect serum samples at certain time as follows: 1,3,7,11,15,24 d after irradiation. The contents of WBC, lymphocyte, neutrophilic granulocyte, RBC, HGB and PLT in samples were determined by hemocytes-analyser, surveying the protect action of NaiLi-capsule.(3) statistics were performed with SPSS, when P<0.05, the disparity has statistical significance. Results: (1) WBC, lymphocyte, neutrophilic granulocyte, RBC, H GB and PLT of rats were reduced obviously, after radiation. The decreased rate of WBC, lymphocyte, neutrophilic granulocyte, HGB and PLT in the peripheral blood were delayed, after the rats oral positive drug, Water- fly-method realgar and nano-realgar. ⁶⁰Co-γray has no effect on RBC in the peripheral blood, and realgar and positive drug has no effect on RBC in the peripheral blood.(2) WBC, lymphocyte, neutrophilic granulocyte, RBC, HGB and PLT in peripheral blood were increased obviously, after the rats oral NaiLi-capsule. WBC, lymphocyte, neu- trophilic granulocyte, RBC,HGB and PLT in peripheral blood were reduced obviously, after radiation. WBC, lymphocyte, neutrophilic granulocyte, RBC, HGB and PLT in peripheral blood. The decreased rate of WBC, lymphocyte, neutrophilic granulocyte, HGB and PLT in the peripheral blood was delayed by NaiLi- capsule, but NaiLi- capsule can not increase the rate of recovery.conclusion: (1)Water-fly-method realgar and nano-realgar have the positive therapeutic action to the nuclear radiation rats. (2)NaiLi-capsule has the protect action on the nuclear radiation rats.
