Use Of Acellular Allograft Dermal Matrix For The Reconstruction Of Oral Mucosa

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of acellular allograft dermal matrix for the reconstruction of oral mucosa.Methods: 29 cases of the defects of oral mucosa were implanted by acellular allograft dermal matrix and the effects were observed after the reconstruction.Results: After follow-up 6 months the wound surface of oral mucosa was completely epithelized and no reject reaction occurred.Conclusions: Acellular allograft dermal matrix was an ideal material for the the reconstruction of oral mucosa.
