| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the SNMC injection in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris, SNMC should have been appriase pharmacoeconomic evaluation.Methods: Hospital confirmed the diagnosis of 105 psoriasis vulgaris patients in Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University Derma- tology from 2006 6 months- in August 2008 have been analyse retrospect- tively. They were randomly divided into two groups, namely control group and treatment group. Before treatment, both groups have not significant difference (P>0.05) in average age, sex, disease period, course of disease, lesion type, PASI score . Control group was given treatment with vitamin C and penicillin.Above the basis control group, the treatment group increase SNMC static 60-80ml everyday, the course of 4 weeks. After 30 days with treatment, we will evaluate efficacy, observe adverse reactions and assess pharmacoeconomic evaluation. Using of SPSS 10.0 statistical software, analysis statistical result.all data are indicated with ( x±S). Treatment group and control group had adopted two independent samples t test. P <0.05 has statistical significance.Results: The remission rate of treatment group (78.8%) was signify- cantly higher than control groups (46.1%). Difference between the two groups was significant. (P<0.05). Two groups of patients have no occur- rence of systematic adverse reactio In the treatment group, there are two cases of patients with lower serum potassiumn. after potassium supplem, serum potassiumn concentration was restored; Three cases of edema occurred in varying degrees, of which only two cases of lower extremity edema, and one cases of eyelid edema of both lower extremities. After cession of drug treament recover,and did not affect the treatment; the cost and effect in the treament was lower than the control group.Conclusion: Joint SNMC penicillin, vitamin C is an economic safe and effective measures in treament of psoriasis vulgaris... |
