Research Of TCM Etiology And Pathogenesis Of AIDS Diarrhea

Objective: Based on control study of AIDS diarrhea patients and non-HIV/AIDS diarrhea patients in pathogenic characteristics of symptoms, signs, tongue conditions and pulse conditions, analyze the similarities and differences of TCM etiology and pathogenesis between AIDS diarrhea and non-HIV/AIDS diarrhea, to clarify the unique TCM etiology and pathogenesis of AIDS diarrhea, lay the foundation for clinical diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and drug development.Methods: This research is a three-month status survey. At fixed unit of HIV/AIDS patient clinical treatment in Henan province, survey each 40 cases with AIDS diarrhea and non-HIV/AIDS diarrhea inclusion criteria. Before the investigation, advance investigation and under investigation, project group repeatedly train the investigators (including written information gathering, tongue gathering and pulses gathering) and do the consistency check, fill in clinical questionnaire. For these data of symptoms, signs, tongue conditions, pulse conditions, syndrome factor and laboratory tests, using Epidate3.0 software double double machine and while typing, setting up the database, analyzing results with the help of SPSS13.0 software.Results: 80 cases of diarrhea patients distribute in Xichuan county, Wancheng district, Shangcai county, Weishi county in Henan province. Between the two groups, gender and age are good balance, no statistically significant differences (P>0.05), with comparability. Analyzing the data of two groups diarrhea, the results are as follows:⑴Comparing with non-HIV/AIDS group, the characteristics of AIDS group diarrhea, much as diarrhea just before dawn, no incentive, no aggravating factors, wan abdomen swelling pain, night sweats, phlegmy white and sticky, dry throat, sore throat, mouth boring, mouth sticky, mouth bitter, lateral headache, aversion chill, chest distress, shortness of breath, breathing, palpitation, forgetfulness, blurred vision, loose teeth, lumbar debility, itchy skin, urine increased at night and clear long, pink tongue, crack tongue, stringy pulse, thready pulse, etc. have statistically significant differences (P<0.05).⑵Comparing with AIDS group, the characteristics of non-HIV/AIDS group diarrhea, much as for over-eating and modern injury caused, for change in modern and diet aggravating, abdominal hot, eat less and stay, thirsty but few water, no throat discomfort, no sweat, no headache, no bleeding, no abnormal urine or clear long urine, pale white tongue, big tongue, slow pulse, rapid pulse, moderate pulse, slippery pulse, etc. have statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion: The non-HIV/AIDS group diarrhea is mainly caused by eating disorders and modern injury, and its pathogenesis is mainly insufficiency of the spleen with overabundance of dampness, liver-spleen disharmony, damp and hot sticky. But the AIDS group diarrhea is not many incentive and aggravating factors, and its pathogenesis is mainly viscera function disorder, such as the lung, spleen, kidney, etc, especially relevanting to Kidney Yang failure, Yin liquid loss, Zheng-Qi insufficiency, more non-HIV/AIDS group diarrhea obviously different.
