Compulsory education curriculum standards is designed to improve the scientific literacy of students. Setting up corresponding evaluation system is a key question. Examination is a form of educational evaluation. In the new curriculum reform, as one of the important components, examination reform has been widespread concern. Secondary school entrance examination is the final examination in the Compulsory education, and the main purpose of the examination is to reflect the study level of the middle school students achieved in each stage of the Compulsory education comprehensively and accurately. According to the specific circumstances of the examination of chemical experiment in Xing'an League, the test goal, content, assessment and criteria are studied by interviewing and comparative analysis, based on a data of the middle school chemistry experiment examination in 2004,2005 and 2008.This paper comes to the conclusion that the experimental ability of students should be comprehensively investigated, the feelings, The three-dimensional goal of the new curriculum should be put into effect practically. The content of the test should focus on solving practical problems, the students should learn flexibly and openly, the evaluation criteria should be improved, the point should be refined and every point should became effective.
