The Application Of Evidence-Based Nursing In The Psychological Care Of Pregnant And Maternal Women

Aim: To know in depth the women in pregnant and maternal real psychological experience; for their anxiety, depression, tension, fear and other emotions and different personality characteristics, overall and in-depth analysis of women in the pregnant and maternal psychological problems exist. EBPN will be applied to solve the existence of maternal psychological problems, to explore the maternal care of the psychological methods of EBN comparative advantages of conventional methods; for clinical nursing staff to carry out human pregnant and maternal care and psychological support and provide a theoretical basis.Methods: Select from the Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital and General Hospital of Fushun Mining Bureau of the 60 cases of obstetric maternal, Were randomly divided into study and control groups. Observer Group of 30 cases in the overall nursing care based on the use of EBN to psychological care, With the same period in the implementation of CPN control group, 30 cases were analyzed.Results: The use of EBPN practice than the use of maternal care and the practice of conventional psychological maternal slow the heart rate, blood pressure stable, the value of a significant reduction in anxiety (P<0.05), improved maternal satisfaction (P <0.05).Conclusion: EBPN in the obstetric practice of clinical nursing care is superior to CPN.
